The contents of abstract in this thesis：
Rural areas in Taiwan, the transformation of society, aging population and outflow of young people, plus joined WTO open imports of agricultural, under the double impact, the rural area is like a candlelight in the wind, facing the dilemma of successors, how to last the rural vitality in Taiwan is a very important subject of rural areas! Fortunately, in recent years, the government have seen the problems and needs of rural areas, legislation by regulations of rural regeneration in 2010, provide 1500 billion budget in 10 years to assist in rural development. However, After the grants spend in the rural area. Will rural area inevitable regeneration? Will Young people inevitable be back?
台灣農村在社會轉型，人口老化與年輕人力外流，加上加入WTO開放農產品進口的雙重打擊下，農村有如風中殘燭，面臨後繼無人的窘境，台灣農村如何延續生命力，成為農村重要的課題！所幸，近幾年政府看到了農村的問題與需要，2010年立法通過農村再生條例，編列了10年1500億經費預算來協助農村發展。然而，補助款下到農村之後，農村就會必然再生嗎?年輕人就必然會回來?
This thesis is study on the community development of rural regeneration in Taiwan — Wu Mi Le Community in Tainan as an exampl. Because of documentary film of Wu Mi Le has raised the public enthusiastic response in 2005 and Kun-Bin won the champion rice in Taiwan 2006, under these double benefits, Wu Mi Le Community from a nameless small rural area to a famous tourist spot. the constant flood of visitors stimulate concern of local people, and then has process and development of created their own homeland .
本文以台南無米樂社區為例，探討台灣農村再生社區之發展，探討無米樂社區從一個漠漠無聞的小農村，因為2005年無米樂的紀錄片的上映引起社會大眾熱烈的迴響，又加上2006年崑濱伯得到全台冠軍米的雙重效益下，成為知名的觀光景點，在不斷湧進的遊客刺激下，引起在地人對地方的關注，進而營造起自已的家園的過程發展。
The author is the head of Hou Bu Village Wu Mi Le Community. has actually participated in community development work from 2006 and has accomplished government departments programs and rural regeneration program of Wu Mi Le community. In 2008 Soil and Water Conservation Bureau choose Wu Mi Le Community as 14 excellent pilot communities in nation, in 2011 we participate in the class of manpower training plan of rural regeneration, in 2012 had formally brought up rural regeneration program. I have been family with the history, culture, places, productions and sceneries about the community. This thesis use literature reviews method and actual participate action research method to analysis the results of past implementation programs and personally experience involve in the community development and management, to bring up future vision blueprint and strategy of the overall development of the community. The results of this study might be used as a reference of relevant rural community regeneration development in the future.
作者為無米樂社區後廍里長，從2006年起實際參與社區營造工作，執行公部門補助計畫與無米樂農村再生計畫，由2008年水土保持局遴選無米樂社區為全國14個績優社區試辦點開始，2011年培根計畫上課，2012正式提出完整的農村再生計畫，對本社區的過去人、文、地、產、景均有深入的了解，本文以文獻回顧、實際參與行動研究法，在分析過去執行的計畫成果與親自參與經營管理之經驗心得。針對無米樂社區農村再生計畫提出未來社區整體發展願景藍圖與策略。本文研究結果或可作為未來相關農村社區再生發展之參考。
